Breathing
Dispenza's teaching on breathing techniques focuses on the idea that we are conditioned to respond to stress and emotions that are stored in our bodies. This causes a dynamic between body and mind where the body controls the mind.
The breathing technique used in the session is called "Pulling the mind out of the body". It helps move energy from the lower energy centers up into the heart and brain. The lower centers use primitive systems, incl. to activate survival emotions, a lot of energy and thus lower the frequency of our body. By moving this large amount of energy up to the heart and brain, the body stops producing stress hormones. Our heart relaxes and our brain wakes up. From there we can move on to the connection with the quantum field. Start dancing with your energy and all your potential.
Meditation
After breathing, we go into a guided meditation "Energy center balancing".
Meditation helps people raise their awareness and move the mind out of the body. It means focusing on higher levels of awareness and energy that transcends physical boundaries. It helps to stop analyzing and thinking. We slow down the brain waves and make the whole body frequency coherent. By turning down the internal sound, we connect to our true nature and call our energy back to us. Where our attention goes, our energy goes. We practice being in the moment and consciously create the life we want to experience. Let life begin to flow within us. Everything is possible.
Mechanism of action
- Energy centers: There are seven main energy centers in the body that are used to manage and distribute energy. Each center corresponds to different emotional and physical states.
- Meditation and concentration: I guide you in meditation, where you focus on specific energy centers to cleanse and activate them. This includes the use of visual imagery, affirmations and breathing techniques.
- Energy balancing: The purpose of the practice is to restore the balance and harmony of the energy centers, leading to better physical and mental health.

Both the breathing technique and meditation originate from Dr. From Joe Dispenza. He is a renowned researcher, author, and lecturer who focuses primarily on neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explain how people can change their health and lives with their thoughts and feelings.
