The frequency of the massage depends on your health condition and the type of pain/injury. Many chronic pains disappear if you take a 10x massage course with a frequency of 2-3 times a week. Later, it is enough to have a massage 1-2 times a month. Sometimes the pain caused by trauma does not go away and regular massages are necessary to control the pain. The pain may disappear only after a longer period of time.
