ABOUT ME
Holistic Body Therapist
My name is Everiin Silas. I am a body and energy therapist, meditator, web developer, marketer and experimenter in the quantum field.
My first education is a master's degree from the IT University in Copenhagen, where I lived for 10 years. I worked as a manager in IT, business and marketing for 14 years, but I always lacked meaning in my work.
All my life I have been highly sensitive - I have been diagnosed with ADHD, autism and borderline - but I discovered that with the help of meditation I can create my own preferred life experiences and use my empathy as a strength.
Today I also help others to get in touch with themselves, to be the creators of their own lives. I do this in three ways:
- I receive 1-2 clients a day in my therapy salon and do body therapy, meditative journeys, energy therapy.
- I organize and sometimes conduct healing events and trainings.
- I create websites, webstores and do digital marketing for organizations that also work to increase people's well-being.
To understand the body, I went to the Estonian School of Massage and Therapy (Martin Ilves). I got acquainted with the quantum world at the Holistic Institute. My main teacher - especially in biosensory therapy - has been the Danish healer Peter Munk-Petersen. My guided meditations and coherence therapy are based on the research of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
In addition, I am studying Body Psychotherapy at the Estonian School of Transpersonal Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Psychotherapy at the Stanislav Grof Academy.
